Our surveys are often based on a combination of statistical material and interviews with different players in the market. We are experts in obtaining the relevant information to help you make the right decisions for better business.

Industrifakta provides, for example, background facts for strategic planning or purchase of real estate companies and larger stocks. We carry out mapping that encompasses building stock, ownership structure, rental and price trends, supply, demand, etc., at national, regional or municipal level. We conduct tenant surveys and can help evaluate different housing concepts through interviews with potential tenants. We can even produce profiles for entire municipalities or neighbourhoods that include household structure, income, housing stock etc.

Several industry organisations hire Industrifakta to conduct member surveys. We ascertain what questions and needs are most important to members and how well they feel that the branch organisation is watching out for their interests. Sometimes we give deep insight into the provision of skills, which is a topical challenge in many industries. Industrifakta also performs more comprehensive future studies to describe likely development scenarios in an industry or geographical region. How we begin

The difference between analysis and examination is often very subtle. For us, surveys mean that we highlight one or more topics where there is no available data. Initially, in consultation with the customer, we will develop a methodology to obtain the desired facts.

The aggregated, collected information is compiled and analysed by Industrifakta and presented according to the wishes specified by the customer in the assignment brief.
