The company

Industrifakta was founded in Helsingborg in 1978 with the purpose of providing qualified market information for industry, hence the name Industrifakta.

Pretty soon, our primary target group changed to the construction, installation and real estate sectors. Of course, our working methods and services have developed a lot over the years, but our company name and our basic business idea to offer strategic decision-making still exists today.

Industrifakta is a specialised market research and analysis company with the Nordic region as a market. Through comprehensive fact gathering, combined with interviews and our own databases, we create a clear picture of the factors that influence market development. This way we can provide concrete advice and clear recommendations that help our customers make the right decisions on important issues. We are humble for the high level of trust that our customers have in us and have thorough procedures for handling business sensitive and confidential information.

In addition to business monitoring for a number of industry organisations and companies, we conduct external analyses, market evaluations for planned construction projects, regional growth analyses and various types of interview surveys. Industrifakta has also taken part in several government investigations in the construction sector and conducted about 50 major future-oriented studies in our own right. Among our clients are municipalities, real estate companies, builders, banks, insurance companies and industrial companies.

In 2011, Industrifakta AB was acquired by Navet AB and in connection with this, relocated the company to Navet’s premises at Järnvägsgatan 11 in Helsingborg. Our operations complement each other well and together we offer a broader and more focused service portfolio.

Industrifakta’s development has been characterised by close cooperation with our customers as well as competent and loyal employees. We are responsive to market changes and prioritize long-term customer relations. A good deal for us is characterised by the customer being able to utilize our information to improve their business or projects, while making savings or increasing their profitability.
