Patrik is a graduate economist and has previously been active in international trade and in the agricultural sector.

In 2012, he took over as CEO after working on analyses and market information at Industrifakta since 2001. Patrik was involved in developing Industrifakta’s successful model for regional analysis and delivers information on the Nordic office market to the real estate database Europromis. As CEO, he is responsible for finance and H.R. and also participates in operational work.

“At Industrifakta, we have a good cohesion. Employees are coordinated and solution-oriented. We complement each other, both in terms of personality and competence. I personally, am interested in economics and social development, which is an advantage because we are often involved early on in the process; for example, in the development of new areas and housing. I am precise and good at solving tricky challenges. I take overall responsibility for the quality assurance of our products and services.
